As a long time yoga and pilates teacher, I feel these two disciplines dance so organically together. Let's set an intention of whole body presence as we dive deep to the CORE of our essence. Our 4 limbs emerged from our spine. Let's rediscover those deep connections to build a Surfer's STRONG FLUID CORE which also supports healthy foundations of a handstand practice. Come have some fun "AIR SURFING" with gravity as your partner.

In the yoga tradition INVERSIONS (being upside down) are thought of as the FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH. Inverting reverses the aging affects of gravity to the soft tissue, arteries, blood vessels, joints, organs, bones, etc. The inversion chair gives NEW creative options to explore dynamic inverting and whole body movement. Awaken your domes of uplift by kicking up those feet!

**Classes are 50 minutes and will begin with a short floor warm up leading into intervals of inverted play woven in between whole body vertical & horizontal exercises and postures. Classes will end with a few yummy yoga stretches.
