MONDAY MOBILITY AND BALANCE
Learn fun, primitive ground-mobility movement patterns for tight feet, hips, spine and shoulders while learning how to yield to gravity versus fighting it, to feel more flow and ease with in and with your environment. Balance comes from how adaptable your entire body (nervous & vestibular system) is. Learn how to occupy your body in new ways to gain access to movements once believed impossible. Core mobility is not just exercises that require a strong & fluid core. Learn how to feel your breath initiate movement from an inner guidance and awareness. Wake up the gravity surfer with in to experience your body as whole, living-being, deeply interconnected with in and with life.

WEDNESDAY EMBODIED WEIGHT TRAINING
Embodied Weight Training classes are small group classes focused on building strength with posture, breath and foot awareness. Participants will learn about the spiraling fascial connections from foot to head, body positioning, breath support and functional patterning to awaken inhibited muscles(like the sleeping glutes) and tame the overactive compensating patterns. Build strength, restore balance and deepen awareness of self.

SATURDAY NATURAL MOVEMENT
Natural Movement Classes are 90 minute small group classes designed to get you strong, mobile and fit to live and play in the wild outdoors while expanding body awareness and connection to self and others.
You can expect to tap deeper into your sensing body as you learn how to move efficiently from your fascial body as you crawl, jump, run, roll, climb, lift, carry, balance, throw and partner. FUNctional optical courses at the end of class will allow you to creatively use all the moves you learned and what instinctively emerges from curiosity and an inviting environment.
